WHO WE ARE
At Flip Out, we believe that the right foundation can set kids up for a lifetime of success—whether in competitive sports or everyday movement. Founded in Elkins, West Virginia, Flip Out is built on the passion and experience of a gymnast with 15 years of training and 5 years of coaching, driven to give back to the sport that shaped them.
We specialize in working with younger athletes, focusing on core fundamentals, proper technique, and injury-preventive movement. Our classes are designed not just to teach skills, but to instill confidence, body awareness, and resilience. We want every student who walks into our class to walk out stronger—not just physically, but mentally.
We keep our student-to-coach ratios low to ensure that every child gets the attention they deserve. At Flip Out, it’s quality over quantity, every time.
Our motto? Falling is okay—getting back up is what matters.
Zoe Broadway
Owner - Head Coach
Zoe Broadway started her gymnastics career at the age of 3 years old. She quickly became a team member by the age of five where she continued and trained to an AGA Senior 9. Height and new opportunity of sports transitioned her into being a young coach, specializing in strength and conditioning, and from that a highly competitive athlete in all other school sports. Her athleticism ranges from gymnastics to volleyball and to track. All of which she coaches. She dedicates the basic fundamentals of gymnastics to her success as person in perseverance, discipline, and as a successful D1 college athlete at the United States Naval Academy.
